Historian Jonathan Noyalas of Shenandoah University will speak on the US Colored Troops in relation to his latest book, "Slavery and Freedom in the Shenandoah Valley during the Civil War era." This event is part of a series relating to "17 Men" a travelling portraiture exhibit at Loudoun Museum.
